What is this field and why does it sometimes not match the SLPS information?

if you are referring to the BKAR.IS.REP in the BKARCUST file it only gets populated if you are using contact manager and choose to make a customer from a sales prospect you have entered in CM-A. Which seems to populated by the system and uses the user who is logged in at the time. So if you enter a customer in CM-A and have the default to require the rep code the system will populate the BKAR.IS.REP field in the BKCMCUST field with whomever was logged into EVO. Then if you choose to make that into a real customer it appears that record is then copied over to the BKARCUST file and the BKAR.IS.REP Field is populated with the same data the BKCMCUST file had including the rep. So if you enter a customer in AR-A it doesn't appear that field gets populated. Hope this helps you.
