We have a user that the login for EVo ERP is minimized. We can not get it to unminimize  to enter login credentials. Probable simple but we are stuck.

Does that user have dual monitors? If you only have one monitor have you tried renaming the ISTS folder on the C drive of that computer creating a new ISTS folder dropping a file in it then doing the workstation install for EVO. See if that resets everything back to the way it should be on that workstation?

It is a registry setting.  Use REGEDIT and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER - Software and delete the ADDSUM key.

She does have dual Monitors. I did rename the ISTS folder and reinstall. No Luck.
Also tried the regedit of removing the AddSum. That did not work either.

Try typing in the username and password as if the login screen was there and see if Evo loads.  If it does, go to Settings - US-C and reset screens.

Lynn, She was able to login that way, but under Module,settings there is only a US-A. No US-C choice.

Then her menu needs to be updated.  All users should have the Settings menu which has choices A through H.

I added the US-C to her menu. She logged in. We did the reset. Perfect...
