That's the error we are getting after authenticating in Evo.

Running v2017.1 (Yeah, I know, we need to update) with Pervasive v12

I tried tech support and got voice mail. Thought I could look or solicit a solution here.

Anyone willing to throw out a solition, much appreciated.

Solution, go into maintain database, open file, delete record that looks like it shouldn't be there. Get on with life. :)

To clarify, when this happens it is usually one of two scenarios. Either one record is populated and the other is blank (which was the case here) so it is obvious which to delete, or the records look the same so it does not matter which one you get rid of.
