Title: SA-B  report  - DBA versus EVO
Post by Laura Oliver on 05/27/21 at 14:33:46

When I print SA-B in DBA i get all detail on all the lines of an invoice:

Invoice Item Number      Quantity       Price     Disc%   Net Price   Extension        Cost     Extension    Gross Margin  GM%   Cur
================================================================================
157290 (05/19/21)
       AMHD1302SM83RB      14.00      225.0000  0.00%     225.0000      3150.00     161.1400      2255.96       894.04   28.38%
       AMHD1302SM83R        14.00      225.0000  0.00%     225.0000      3150.00     157.6986      2207.78       942.22   29.91%
       AMHD1302SM88Y        21.00      225.0000  0.00%     225.0000      4725.00     111.1605      2334.37      2390.63  50.60%

                                                                         Invoice Sub-Total:     11025.00                         6798.11      4226.89   38.34%

But when I print SA-B in EVO i can not figure out how to get detail for each line. ?  I just get an invoice total in EVO and do not see line item detail like i do in DBA.

I would use DBA all the time for this report  but I would like to be able to filter by Sales Order range, which I can do in EVO but not in DBA.
How can I get line item detail and costs profit in EVO when using SA-B . PROFIT ANALYSIS BY INVOICE
Thanks
Laura

I can create a similar report in EVO SA-M.  I think the evo report is only missing "each" Price and "each" cost.   In DBA SA-B I was getting both unit costing and total line costing.  There may be a way to get this in EVO SA-M but I have not spent the time to figure it out.

To accomplish this in SA-M:
1. sort:  user defined
2. header file:  as needed
3. 3rd tab user defined sort break
layout; customer , sort by customer YES
index 1 : invoice  (no tick in circle)
index 2 : item number   (tick has to be in circle or the invoice numbers do not come out chronologically.

Another problem is that I am not getting grand totals at the bottom of the SA-M and SA-N reports.  0.00   0.00   0.00 ???

Also, i discovered that you can get subtotals on Customer Class Analysis  if you enter both invoice numbers and invoice date range.,  But if you only enter invoice date range you do not get subtotals.

I do not get grand totals in SM-B if i put data in the "user defined sort/break report"
The report does generate grand totals if  leave the "user defined sort/break report" blank.
Unfortunately I can not get the report I want if I do not use the 3rd tab "user defined sort/break report"
Thanks
