Walter says they have items from a specific vendor that are purchased to the Default location and then sent to the EMS Location to hold until they are used. Once used they do a sales order to invoice, and then the items come out of Default not EMS, so it drives the location negative. So Walter does a batch location transfer using IN-L-M from EMS to DEFAULT to clear it out. This seems to result in blank records showing up in the isbinloc table that are empty except for a negative UOH transaction that matches the amount of the inventory transfers he is doing and dates of 00/00/00.

Why are these records being created?

The Sales Order should be being created for the location the items are in so they are pulled from that location.
