I want to copy the datafield for the GL account from a Purchase Order RTM to a AP check RTM, but i am not having much luck.

I have successfully copied and pasted data fields from one RTM to another before.

Anyone have any ideas?
Is there an instruction manual for report editor to help edit and create new RTMS?

I can successfully copy and paste the gl account data field from the PO rtm to the T6poie rtm.
I am not sure why i cant copy and paste from a PO rtm to a AP check RTM.

My goal is to have the GL accounts print out on the bottom third of the check so when I sign them i can see what gl account they were posted to. And of course not send the vendor the bottom third.

You can only add fields from a file that the program in question has open. Check printing does not have the PO file open. Even if it did you could have a single invoice for a 10 line PO that all went to different GL Accounts. By the time you are printing the check, the only GL Accounts being hit are cash and accounts payable.
