Title: why cant I update to T7  rtms  in PS-G?
Post by Laura Oliver on 07/25/22 at 07:21:44

I just ran PS-G to update to T7 RTMs with no success.   I still see T6 rtms.   This PC>EVOERP {D:} >RTM  still  has all the T6s and a some T7s  But they end in RTW and not RTM.

What am I doing wrong?
Maybe I am not working under Admin?  I thought I was admin but I see no Admn user in PS-G.  PS-A shows an Admin.  In PS-A I see that Admin and I (Laura) are both 1A in security level.
If I run PS-E (user security)  Admin has 19 pages and I only have 18 pages of programs.

I do not see many or any T7s in the RTX folder or the RTM Folder.    IF I choose T7POIF.RWN it will automatically switch to T7POIF-RTM but then i am told the form doesnt exist.

Thanks
Laura

PS-G does not touch any RTM’s. It only updates users menu’s. It goes through all the users menu’s, compares them to the admin menu and updates them as needed. It doesn't add  menu’s or remove them simply updates what you already have.
Now in regards to RTM’s to the best of my knowledge there are no T7 RTM’s only BK,T6, EN and the internationals

Prophet,  I now know that I have been running the latest and greatest programs all I along. My confusion arose when I was told that the PO-I reports problem I was experience in Evo (not DBA)  may be due to us having T6 programs or T6rtms.   At that time no one knew it was a software bug so I thought the problem had to be on my end.  I just learned that the programmer has fixed the bug and the patch will be installed soon.   Thank you!
