Title: PO-I-F flaw? Post by Laura Oliver on 11/14/22 at 10:47:52 If i run PO-I-f filtered only by Rec'd date actual 01-01-2020 thru 12-31-2020 I see stragglers from 2020 If i run PO-I-F filtered only by Rec'd date actual 00-00-0000 thru 12-31-2022 I see only items from the last few weeks and none from 2020. (even though I used the open date 00/00/00) If I run PO-I-F filtered only by Rec'd date actual 01-01-2022 thru 12-31-2022 I see only items from the last few weeks The invoice from 2020 was paid timely, but it is possible that I had to manually close the PO? I also have a few straggler vendor invoices from this year that show up if i define to dates from 1-1-22 thru 4-30-22 but these do not show up if use the date 1-1-22 thru 11-14-22. I think there is some kind of date flaw in PO-I-F where it only prints the last few weeks/months of vendor invoices if use a wide date range such as 1-1-2022 thru current. If you use this wide date range you will not see invocies that you will see if you narrow down the date range. Any ideas? Thanks Laura |
Title: Re: PO-I-F flaw? Post by Laura Oliver on 11/14/22 at 10:56:26 Basically I can not trust the Received not invoiced report. I just ran it with no filters and I only get the last few weeks (which I think is correct). But when I put specific dates in from the past I can see other vendor invoices thatt appear not to be paid. Most of these are paid but a few were never paid. I do not understand why old stuff shows up when I narrowly define dates but not when I use a wide date range or no filters at all? Thanks Laura |
