An invoice was reversed in AR-C and somehow ended up with a bunch of negative entries in AP-R check register. The Weird this is that GL-O does not show these mutliple credits, nor does GL-I. They do not show up in AP-I. I think the only place wrong is AP-R. Meanwhile I reprinted the check on#60391 and everything seems fine.... but AP-R. How do I correct AP-R so that it shows check# 60390 for zero and not for a minus -$5,971.88. I think one of my helpers causes this but I have no idea how?

Laura,

You can do "Maintain Database" on file BKARCHKF.BXX (XX= Company Code) and remove those records.

Thank you, That is what I will probably do. I wish I knew what caused this. If it happens again I might not catch it.
