How can i get a customers packing slip to print prices?
I have printed all the available T6 rtms and there are none with prices.
I used the RTM From invoices and It prints but the prices do not show up.
I have tried to copy and past the unit price box from other RTMS with no luck..
O
Is there anyway to get dollar amount to print out on a delivery ticket?

If you print from SO-C it will use your RTM per the defaults. If you choose the option on the SO-F screen to print a Pack Slip after invoice, it is the invoice program that is actually printing so it uses the invoice RTM and suppresses the prices. You need to run SO-C to get the Pack Slip RTM. You could use SM-H to set up a chain for SO-C to call SO-F so they would print together but use the correct RTM.

Hello Laura,

Did you find the SO-C "Print lines with no price" ? Just un-check this option.

Andy, I have tried unchecking that option, but I still do not see prices on the packing slip. What rtm are you using?
