pop up window with customer notes from AR-A

We currently have an add on that opens a pop up window when selecting a customer ID for sales order entry, displaying the NOTES from AR-A (we keep special instructions or comments relating to customers in those notes). The same window also pops up when releasing the orders through SO-E.
We like this feature a lot, but it would even be better if those notes could be copied over to the SO NOTES at order entry time.

We have a similar custom that we depend on (pulls notes from AR-A to SO notes). If we can get either Credit Card integration or fully customizable RTMs I'll be off my customs and able to take full advantage of the weekly update program

We will soon have an updated RTM editor that will allow you to add to the RTM any data field that exists in the data tables being opened by the program. Not sure yet if it will have the ability to define calculated fields based on that data.

I have your email, David regarding credit card processing. I wholeheartedly agree there needs to be a better way to manage it, just looking at the best way to do it.
