When entering PO's, there is a REF Field before the Item Number, it would be great if we could set this field to automatically number the lines. Also, if we could add notes per line, instead of just at the bottom.

It is possible to enter notes on a line item basis. After entering the part number on the first line, go to the description field on the second line (by-passing the item number) and type in as many notes as will fit in that field. You can continue on the next line if you need more room for your notes. Hope this helps.
