Using V2002.4 w/IS Tech Update 3/28/03, I went to release a sales order with 10 serialized parts; I <F2>'d and clicked the "Total" button. It picked 9, and gave me an error saying I exceeded the qty when I tried to pick the 10th. I then got stuck in the serial # entry screen, in which it was telling me to enter another serial # yet when I tried to enter the s/n it said I entered too many.
 
I HAD to <CTRL><ALT><DEL> end-process on DBA to get out of this loop. (FYI: restarting DBA and re-releasing allowed this to work).
