OPENING SCREEN TROUBLE

I'm finding that in AR-A, PO-A and SO-A that
 
1. Changing the search key to NAME resort the screen but turns off the "find as you type" ability
 
2. In NAME mode - pushing the scroll bar slide to the top goes to the "A" section but not the first record. (3M COMPANY)
 
3. The DELETE button doesn't work, but the Delete key does.

1.  Are you making sure that you are typing it in cASE sENSITIVE ?
 
2. Our first customer (above A/P Framing) is 14th Street - using the scroll bar takes us to 14th St.
 
3. Both seem to work fine here.

1. Yes. If I switch to ALPHA SORT FIELD it works fine.
