I have customers that did not have a salesperson number entered at setup.  Sales have been made to these customers and payments applied.  I need to have these invoices show up in my commissions reports in order to pay the sales representatives.
What steps will be necessary to rectify this oversight?

To really do it right, you need to reverse and reprocess the invoices.
