Lynn what is the status of a fix for this problem?  We have a number of work orders with scrap issues that we are holding until a fix is installed.  We want to issue these items before the end of the month.

Problem:
 Have encountered a couple of new problems with WO-G routine and hope someone knows of a patch or etc. that I missed.  
Item 1:  
On work orders, when we scrap a qty of parts; we have observed at time of issue the qty issued moves to the normal issue field on the screen.  To check we have ran the Print Material Issued and it reflects a normal issue, also checked Maintain Data Base (Invtx} and it does not show as a scrap issue either.

   A little more information on the scrap problem; we have found if the item is not on a bill of material, and you attempt to scrap it the program will give you the warning “Item not on the Bill of Material, do you want to add it “.   If you reply yes it will issue the item to scrap as it should.
 
It may seem odd to be issuing something to scrap that not on the BOM, but we have a number of item that are test select base on test results and once installed can not be reused.  Also repairs normally will not have a standard BOM.
