Unless your state tax rates are also being changed it's a matter of maybe 5 minutes work. Mine are already done.

I have a pretty old version of DBA(99.2), but in the PR menu is the option "Maintain Tax Tables". Under the RTM column is US0, USH, USM and USS. Adjust these tables to reflect the values on the Annual Payroll listed in the new withholding.

I did ours today and processed payroll and my takehome pay went up about $15(we get paid biweekly) so that is about $400 annual for me.
