 What does "DELSENS" stand for in the mrp report? It's a make from part.

It means it is coming early so you would get a "DELAY" message but it is within the sensitivity buffer so while it is listed on MR-G which lists all activity, it will not be listed on MR-H since it requires no action be taken.
