I have been asked many times from our A/R department to ask for an enhancement in AR-C that would add a "Balance" field after the "Applied" field.  They said many customers will figure an incorrect discount which will leave a small balance on their account that we cannot see unless we bring out a calculator and figure it out by hand.  With a "Balance" field added they could spot the small remaining amounts and adjust the figures accordingly.
