Can we set up a work station on the floor for employees to enter labour and production for WO seq.

Does each workstation have to have its own seat if this is all its being used for?

Yes and Yes.  The DC module is intended to be set up on shop floor workstations and they do count as DBA "Seats" just like any other.  Depending on the size of your facility, you may have one or several stations.

It was my understanding for example: if you had 5 licenses, you could load it on 8 machines, however, only 5 workstations can access it at any one time.  Is that correct?

Yes, that is correct.  However, the Data Collection workstations would typically stay logged into DBA all the time so workers could clock in and out as needed wiithout having to load DBA every time.
