AR-A Followup & History

We are receiving the following error messages when trying to enter history or follow up notes on one customer.
Error: There is no record in AM-L-I of the Rep assigned to this account.
You are not authorized to view this acocount.
This seems to be the only customer we get the message on. Any ideas?

Try using CM-A to change the Rep or, failing that, use Maintain Database on the BKCMACCT file to change to a valid rep.
