No inventory????/ (Read 1097 times)

No inventory????/

Hi,
 I recieved 3000 parts on a PO but they do not show in inventory via Inventory Inquiry. They do however show under the Recieved on PO screen as being recieved? I'm baffled?

What is the Inventory Type of the item number?

Hmmmmm....  OK, then can't be because it is N or T or something.  Is it possible there was negative on-hand before the receipt?  What does IN-E show?

...its doesn't show the receipt from the PO.  
One thing about this PO is I put it in the  db manually last week so I hope everything is coded alright in the record.

I suggest using IN-C, Purchase type adjustment to put in the receipt.  That will generate the Inventory transactrion record and update the on-hand quantity.
