Notes in GL-B
08/08/03 at 11:02:57

It would be great to have a way of attaching notes to general journal entries.  (Default description is way too small).  Right now I print out the entry and hand write my description as to why I am making the entry.

Also, is there any resolution coming soon to print income statements for the "year-to-date" and for "month only" side by side?

I would love to have more room for comments in GL-B.

That one I have had many requests for, unfortunately there is no place in the existing GL Transaction data structure to attach the notes.   Let me see if there is some other unused data file we could grab.

When I print income statements from GL-F, if I select current mo. for column one then select month 1- current month, the same amount prints in both columns.  For instance:  the report might say JUNE      JAN-JUN   but the same numbers are under each heading.

Does it make a difference that I am on EVO?

Yes, Karen, that is an Evo issue.  Should have a fix very soon.
