DC-G Edit Labor Transactions

We import labor transactions from another system.  We use DC-G to check and correct errors  on transactions before we post them.  When we make a change to a transaction, the labor hours are zeroed out.  Why would that be?  We may only be correcting the employee number or the work order number.  We want the hours to remain.

I have a client that uses a highly flexible custom written FoxPro based DC system and we have integrated that to DBA DC and ultimatelt through that to the costing and such.

They have not experienced this.  What are you importing from and in what manner and what files are you hitting and how?  All of that comes in to play when you are dealing with application integration.

We are importing a comma delimited ASCII file.   As I looked farther into the problem I discovered that it seems this may be happening because we are not able to import the start and end times for our labor transactions (The times get initialized to zero on the import).  So anytime we do maintenance to a record in DC-G, the hours are recalculated automatically.  Lynn, I thought you had created a fix for us sometime late last year or early this year.   The person using the DC-G thinks the problem began recurring 2 to 3 months ago.  Could one of the updates have undone the fix?
