Was receiving BK2 errors during invoice posting.  Found that header records in BKARHINV.B were missing.
Tried to add missing records into file via Maintain Database.  Received an error on the first attempt.
 
Thought the database file needs re-indexing before I add the records.
 
Made a backup copy of BKARHINV.B and tried to run UT-D Reindex on BKARHINV.B.  Got a message stating 'An error occured while attempting to rename the original file'.  Before attempting the re-index, checked that no one was in AR and the bkarhinv.lck was at 0 bytes.
 
How can I remedy this?
