I had an additional question about my original posting.  I had a PO-C Record Lock.  See original posting for more info if needed.
 
Ok, I found the RNI side under BKGLTRAN, it just wasn't entered to the vendor record or anything because it was entered through GL-P.  I don't know if that complicates things??  
 
I'm thinking I should just be able to delete these two items in the BKGLTRAN database, but I'm concerned about them showing up in the Inventory record. Will that need to be deleted also?
