IO error 103 is usally a program that accessed the printer buffer, but did not clear it before exiting the program. What run file are you seeing this in?

It's happening in WO-J, when the report is printed to screen. The report shows up and lists the WO as closed or cancelled but when you check the status in WO-A the WO is still open. I'm only seeing it happen on one work station and it's sporatic. Could it be a networking issue?
I also have a problem on the same workstation with convert SO's. When the convert multi-assembly box is checked the program will start to convert and then just toss you back out to the main menu. I changed the network connection in case it was wiring, next I plan on reformatting and reinstalling the operating system and programs. I have already uninstalled the pervasive client and that did not seem to work. Any other idea's rather than wiping the hard drive and reinstalling?

Might try changing the network card & drivers before a complete reformat.  Does sound like a network issue to me.
