Updating QOH before reviewing odbc data

Just a quick question that probably has a simple answer... I am wondering if there is a utility I need to run before reviewing my ODBC data. I notice that when I print a report I've created from linked tables that the information does not jive for new POs I've created,for example. When I later go into that item in Item Inquiry (IN-A) the information updates and then the right details will occur on the report , but for that item only.

Question: do I need to go into every item in IN-A before reviewing the report? Do I need to wait a set amount of time for an update? or is there a simple utility?

Exactly which fields are you using that don't seem to be updated? ??? The QOH is one that is NOT changed by Rebuilding the stock status fields. Sad

When I do any reports that need current ON SO info or any of those other fields, I link to the appropriate subsidiary file. In the case of ON SO, that would be BKARINVL.

I know this makes the report take longer, but with the proper SQL request, (along with use of SQL Functions in Crystal) the Server will do all the processing resulting in live and current data. ( in most cases, I am supprised how fast these requests execute! ) Cheesy

Reconcile Inventory On-Hand will update all of your UOH based upon the type of reconcilliation you choose in that utility.
