Displayformat?
11/19/03 at 08:42:22

Could someone please explain to me how the displayformat property works under the screen editor for TTASNumEnter?

I read that it is 3 sections: the first is the actual mask, second 0 or 1 to save literal charecters, and third is the charecter to use for blank spaces.  How come when I use a mask of:

"999;0; " (Without the quotes of course)

TAS will always display 999 on the screen?

What does "!" do exactly also?

P.S. I'm using version 1.12b of the compiler, is this current?

Oh, also TAS says that if nothing is there then no formatting will be done.  But when run in Evo it appears to format the numbers as currency...

Upon furthur investigation I found that:

;999;

Appears to work ok.

When the user enters just "4", just "4" is displayed.  Why is this?  I am having trouble searching that field though, and I'm investigating now, but it's probably a problem in coding not displaying...
