Not directly, as far as I know.
 
What I did, since DBA uses Windows Events, is turn off the sounds associated with various events. Go to Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices, and click on the Sounds tab. There you can scroll though the items in Program Events and select an Event and the sound (or None). I don't remember which ones they are now, since I'm using Evo. But try Default Beep, Asterisk, Exclamation, etc. untill you get them.
