settings won't stay in sd-g

I can't get my settings to stay in SD-G for setting the defaults for estimating.  I have gone thru the page and made my changes and clicked the save button, but nothing saves.  What am I doing wrong?

Use Maintain Database and check the BKESTCFG file for your company - make sure it has only one record.  There was a bug at one time that SD-G was creating multiple records rather than editing a single record.
