Mike, Most of the time it works EXACTLY the way Lynn says. But sometimes, it just doesn't work. And I know when...!!!!! If we ever tell the Popup box YES and then push display lines,(without tabbing thru that line) we will never be able to insert a line there, unless we exit out of SO-A, and sometimes we have to exit out of DBA completely. In fact sometimes we have to shut the workstation down to get it to insert a line in this particular place after this. Lynn may be able to duplicate this. 1.You have an existing sales order with multiple line items that you have previously saved. 2. Display your lines and choose the line you want to insert something above. 3. Click insert line, & get a popup box that asks if you want to insert a line 4. Tell it "yes" at the popup box, you will see your cursor in the line box, BUT DONT GO THRU THE LINE , now try to repeat steps 2 thru 3 and, while you will get a popup, it will not insert a line, even if you tell it yes. If you ever tell the Popup box YES and then push display lines, you will never be able to insert a line unless you exit out of SO-A, and sometimes you have to exit out of DBA completely.
