Where is AD-H and adding bef tax deduction

We are trying to add a medical deduction before taxes and the manual says to use AD-H. We are using 2002.4 DL and there is only AD-A thru AD-C.

The message should say PR-M Payroll defaults - that is where you create deductions and assign vendors.  Even if you are not going to actually transfer the liability to AP and pay it, you need to assign a vendor.
