TRIAL BALANCE

When I print a Trial Balance, I get numbers in the beg bal for most of the accounts exept sales sales discount and  direct labor. It seems that last year when I did the year end routine, the program did move these balances to retained earnings. Can anyone help? Thankyou.

None of the Income or Expense accounts should have a beginning balance at the beginning of the year.  If they do, go to UT-A and run GLEREDO and then post all the YE entries that are created.  It will clear and recreate entries for 1 & 2 years past so you will have to reset to GL Close Date to post them.
