When converting a S.O. to W.O.s we're having some very bizarre things happen.  I have 3 products that are similiar in setup - the top level BOM contains 4 P/Ns.  3 of those 4 #s are identical.  When converting a SO that contains all 3 of these Finished Goods, I'm encountering the following problems:  In one case, I get this Btrieve error:  Y:\DBAMFG\WORKORD.B-8.  In another, it appears to convert correctly but when printing a picklist it is listing the top level assembly from one of the other 3 P/Ns.  Yet, when I print the B.O.M., it shows the correct P/Ns.  The 3rd Finished Good seems to be ok.  Let me complicate this a little more.  The above scenario only happens when another product is added to a SO.  These items are used together but there is no connection or correlation in DBA. In other words, DBA has no clue that these products are used together.  Does anyone have any suggestions for me.  I don't know what I'm missing.
