qty in qc that doesn't allow buy off

I have an issue in DBA 2002.4 july patch that shows a neg. qty in qc where I can't buy off through DBA. I know from past experience that there were some files that I could manually change in DBA(under maintain Database) that erase this issue. I thought they were BKicloc,bkaphpol,bkappol and possiblely a fourth?  
 
Any help would be appreaciated

You are on the right track - look at BKQCMSTR too.  If they are still in QC then BKAPHPOL is not a factor.

I checked the BKQCMSTR file and the part that is showing negative in BKicloc,Bkaphpol,Bkappol is not in this file. I understand that one of these files pulls information from another one which prevents you from entering zero in maintain database because it writes the number back in when you leave the file. Can you tell me which file has the data that it pulls from so that I can enter in zero.
