Is it possible to perform a global field replace of the 'Quantity Per' field in ITEMS-BM-A, Enter Bill of Material-Edit Component.

Sure - if that is what you want.  EVERY value of X will be replaced by Y.  File is BKBMMSTR, field is BKBM.QTY.REQD.
