Not at this time, the Estimating does a cost rollup based on the quantity inthe estimate passing down through all the levels.  If you have the Lot size set up correctly in the routing for the lower level assemblies, you could use the Standard Cost rollup rather than Estimating to get your cost based on quantity runs of subassemblies.
