Relieve inventory on first operation?

Does anyone know how to relieve items from inventory on a work order when the first operation is done?  This used to be setup some time ago when we were testing things but now I can't seem to find out where the option for it is.

In the BOM, make sure the items are set to the first operation of the routing and then make sure your defaults are set to backflush by sequence and you should be gold.....
