While entering a PO invoice, the record locked up with a pop-up that it was locked by another user
Results:
Later AP-C would not accept the invoice and showed no open receipts for the PO but ??? inv is not on AP aging
Report PO-I-A (Open PO's) show PO open but no RNI amt
Report PO-I-B (Closed PO's) shows PO closed/Inv'd Qty as rec'd but the $ amt is Uninvoiced.
Report PO-I-F (RNI) does not show this PO
 
Any ideas how to resolve this
