It does for us.  We are using BKPOB3.rtm.  I noticed its not on the other PO RTMs.  I believe you can cut and paste some fields from one RTM to another.  I tried it and it seemed to work.

I ripped a BKPOB3 right from the 2002.4 CD and it is definitely there.  Maybe your form was modified later?  Check your CD.  If you don't have it, send me an email and I'll reply with it attached.

Tim - THANKS for helping!!!  For anybody else, if you want an RTM feature that somebody else has and you don't, check the file that has the same name as the RTM but an RTX extension.  Since people can customize RTM files with logos and other company specific data, providing new RTM files in an update would wipe out those customizations so DBA adopted a policy (and IS Tech also uses) that any modified or improved RTM files are provided with an RTX extension so installing an update doesn't wipe out a modification of an RTM you have done.  You can (as Tim noted) cut and paste fields from one RTM to another (or RTX to RTM) so long as it is saved to the same section of the RTM.
