We use SO-N every day for 1 sales order at a time. Today someone did a range of 3 consecutive SO. She said it prompted as usual for qty to convert and she did qty 2 for each SO. (Same part #, even same customer). She did not enter finished production or issue any material. First WO is ok. The second shows To-make of 2 and a qty completed of 4. The third WO shows a to-make of 2 and qty completed of 1. There were no inventory or GL transactions made. There were dollars showing in the actual cost column, but rebuilding the summarized actual costs got rid of them. Can I safely cancel these WO or will that remove the "Completed quantities" (which aren't really there) from stock? If I need Maintain Database, which tables?
