Incremental costs For Parent

Anybody know why is in Incremental Costs for Parent has Labor cost Why ? I do not put any cost at any where, but in the Labor colum has Cost. Any body know ?

I was looking for Material Cost only when I Rollup BOM. I was take out time from the Router but still showing on the Cost Rollup. I found the answered.
