Item Classes-No Description Printing
03/16/04 at 13:06:48

I have just been introduced to DBA.  Am cleaning up problems with Item Classes.  Entered / changed a few.
Printing report shows some Class Descriptions but not all.  Included items I entered as well as old untouched class descriptions.  Any ideas?

Using other tools, I can get necessary info easily.  I am concerned that such a simple task does not work as it should.  Is there a deeper (damaged file) problem.  Class is important to my financial reporting.

If this is in SM-C, then item class GL's, then report, I am getting the same result.  The item class code prints, but not the description.  ALL of mine are blank.  Makes it hard to setup things.

If you really need to get a report on this quickly while Lynn is working on maybe getting soemthing fixed you can use Excel and connect to the DBA table that holds this info through ODBC and bring the info into Excel and then format it however you want and then print.
