After two months of trying to set-up begin bal in GL as of 12/31/03.  I am begging for help.  Used Manuf system last year.  We turned on all systems..to use GL as of 01/01/04.  I have tried entering beginning balance as per instruction for bal sheet and keep getting that I can not enter my 12/31/03 beg bal because I have prior year transactions.  Don't know how we could have prior year trans.  HELP

Thanks.  I can be a little stubborn trying to do things myself.  My entering Beg Bal  When I print Checking Account Condition Report and pro-forma check run I should get the correct bank balance?????
