DC-A overtime and rework
04/16/04 at 09:52:06

WO-F accmodates overtime and rework.

How does DC-A handle rework?   scrapped is not the same as reworked

Is overtime automatically that which is over 8hrs for that day?

Our folks work 8-10 hrs a day, and starting time varies by what got done the day before and how many times the customer has called and other variables.  In other words,we don't have clear cut shifts.

Then you have a problem! Smiley

DBA DC was really designed for relatively static shift environments. Kinda strange for a "job shop" targeted product, but much easier to program! Smiley

Seriously, if you really want/need the flexibility and rules-based processing, you might want to look at a custom or 3rd party product and interface it to DBA.
