File maintenance files blank

I installed a CD updated and now when I go to File MAintenance to fix something my records don't show. This happened to me before but I forgot how to fix it. I think I have to re-index something but I'm not sure. Help!

UT-A, program MDBFXREG, then exit DBA and come back in.
