Too Many Pops

We just installed the recent ISTech update.  Now when we try to print a shop traveler we receive the message "Too Many Pops".  Is this happening to anyone else?  Does anyone know how to fix this?

At exactly what point in the process?  I just re-tested here, it seems OK.

It is probably just our system.  It seems to happen with only one particular assembly part.  So I'll work with Lynn on this.  Thanks anyway.

We used to get that message randomly but haven't seen it lately.  I think my response was to hit enter or click OKAY and the traveler would print anyway so I didn't worry to much about it!

I have had that message a few times recently, but right now I am in the process of a lot of computer changes and haven't looked into it.

This just happened today for us too.  The traveler would not print at all.  When I looked into it I discovered that the work order did not have a routing.  I added the routing and then it printed.

Not quite that simple but I am looking into the pattern.  Meanwhile, email me and I will send you the prior version.

This has happened a couple more times since my last posting.  Each time, there was no routing for the work order.  And, each time, it printed after entering the routing.

Here's the good news.... I like that is does that.  Our ISO system requires sign offs at each stage of the process.  So, this actually stopped the work orders from going to the floor without the proper routings.  Grin
