Sales Order Exemptions
05/18/04 at 09:28:29

Hello,

Currently, we use Print Shipping Schedule (SO-O-E) to run the manufacturing floor.  We use it because it's a nice detailed list in order by date and has all the information that we need.  In certain circumstances, there are sales orders that I do not want to print on this form.  Is there any way to set an exemption flag or anything like that?  Sometimes we have an expedite fee, which is an addition line on the sales order, but I don't want this fee to show up on the shipping schedule.  Any information would help.

Thank You,
Nick

You can filter by part number, if you give your misc items (like expedite fees) part numbers outside your normal range. We did this for repair charges, because the repairs ship out as completed, rather than by the date on the sales order.
