Garbage in Packing Slips
05/24/04 at 12:26:30

I am using DBA on a Peer to Peer setup on W2K and Win98 workstations (server is W2K). Sometimes, when
printing Packing Slips (SO-C),  the line item information
is turned to garbage.  The only solution seems to be to exit DBA and reboot the workstation.
I am not sure if this is a Windows/printer problem.
This bug appeared with the last update to DBA (2002.3, I think).
Has anyone else seen this?

We have seen it, or a variation of it. We get extra description lines from previous packing slips showing up on our packing slips. I have not seen a pattern yet, but I only see the packing slips, I am not running DBA.

We are running 2002.4 with no new updates, yet.
